What system divides power between the national and state governments?

The federal government should not decide what is a right and what is not. The question is, to whom is it so horrible? The only powers that the nation should have are the aquiring of wealth what I described abovemilitary, currency, interstate infrastucture, and settling disputes between states.

If states could tax income however they want then every state in the south would tax the middle class and the poor more then the rich while in other states the exact opposite would happen.

In essence, this would bring about a conflict that parallels the tension between our democratic and republican parties. The central goverment may be overpowered in a way but it is for the right cause.

I meant to include this in my original plan but I forgot. Regulate intrastate within the state businesses. No one has the right to demand anything which they did not produce from anyone unless they can obtain it through a deal that is favorable to all parties.

Its easier to have the nation in debt as a whole then as in seperate states. You seem to assume that racism will continue in the south becasue of what happened fifty years ago.
